Real estate appraiser (m/f/d) for commercial real estate or

Real estate appraiser (m/f/d) for management and operator real estate

This is what you do:

• You prepare market and mortgage lending value appraisals in compliance with the BelWertV for commercial real estate
• or management and operator properties
• And review and check the plausibility of external appraisals (market and mortgage lending value)
• You monitor the real estate market, analyze developments and assess market fluctuation reports

What you bring to the table:

• You have further training as a savings bank/bank business economist (m/f/d) or a degree in architecture, civil engineering or business administration with a focus on real estate management
• Have a qualification as a real estate appraiser (e.g. HypZert, DIAZert, Sprengnetter)
• And have several years of practical experience in one of the above areas
• Your strengths include a willingness to make contact and communicate as well as a competent manner
• You have a class B driving license to carry out property inspections outside the business area
