Your tasks - with increasing scope of responsibility
- Acquisition and sale of investment properties
(residential and commercial buildings, residential complexes, retail, shopping centers) - Support and expansion of existing investor contacts
- Gradually assuming responsibility for your own market and clients
- Development of acquisition and marketing strategies
- presentation of the properties entrusted to you
- Conducting contract and price negotiations
- Working closely with the management and team
Our core markets
- Cologne - Bonn - Düsseldorf metropolitan regions
- Rhine-Main area, greater Hamburg area and other major cities in Germany
In Cologne and Düsseldorf, we have an established investor base of around 400 private and professional investors that you can access.
What you should bring with you
- First to several years of experience in real estate sales
(investment experience is ideal, but not mandatory in all asset classes) - Market knowledge in one or more of the regions mentioned
- Enjoyment of sales, negotiating skills and willingness to learn
- Solid basic knowledge of real estate valuation
- Independent, structured way of working
- Ambition to take on responsibility and develop further
- Team spirit and a professional, engaging manner
