To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Planning Manager (m/f/d), who will significantly advance our projects with professional competence and leadership.
Your tasks
- Management and further development of the planning department (team of approx. 7 employees: architects, construction technicians and draughtsmen)
- Overall responsibility for the planning of residential construction projects and support with property development and project development
- Coordination and management of all planning phases (LPH 1-5 HOAI)
- Coordination with authorities, specialist planners, experts and internal project participants
- Ensuring deadlines, costs and quality in planning
- Participation in project developments, site analyses and feasibility studies
- Optimization of internal processes and planning standards
Your profile
- Completed degree in architecture or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in residential construction, ideally with a property developer / project developer
- Experience in leading teams and in planning management
- Sound knowledge of HOAI as well as building regulations and planning law
- Structured, economically oriented way of working
- Confident handling of CAD software, ideally BIM experience
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
