Join our dedicated asset management team as a Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

These tasks await you:

• Commercial and technical responsibility for all letting and marketing processes for a defined real estate portfolio
• Responsibility for the timely, quality and budget-compliant performance of property management, including the monitoring of central rental accounting
• Control of technical property management with CAPEX measures, assessment and approval of tenant improvements, renovations, etc.
• Budget planning, reporting and reporting to the department management
• Lease management in collaboration with our legal department

For your daily work you need:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on real estate or real estate-specific training with additional qualifications
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the real estate industry or asset management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good market knowledge and strong negotiating skills
• Results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a confident manner
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
