Your tasks and opportunities:
- You will develop and summarize property analyses for the entire life cycle of a property in the Münster branch area
- In addition, you will prepare portfolio analyses and bundle identified needs for action for sub-portfolios with the involvement of real estate management
- You will develop and manage portfolio concepts and make implementation proposals for portfolio optimization as part of project and property developments, taking into account the results of the portfolio conferences if necessary Head office
- You will provide and coordinate all basic services and special services of property planning in service phases 1 to 2 according to HOAI for our modernization, conversion and new construction projects
- You will also develop and coordinate requirements planning in accordance with DIN 18205 and ensure its quality
- You will develop new concepts for our property portfolio and make suggestions for optimizing individual properties
- You will also support and advise our tenants/users, prepare corresponding user agreements and draw up rental offers
Your profile:
You have a successfully completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in architecture or project development or a comparable engineering discipline.
Further requirements:
- You have several years of professional experience in project development as well as a passion for planning and building in existing buildings
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and corresponding experience in real estate implementation
- You can work both in a team and independently, have ideas and goals, can present them convincingly and have a systematic, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- You are willing and able to drive a company car
- You have a good command of German, which corresponds to at least language level C1 (fluent in spoken and written)
Your remuneration:
Depending on personal and company requirements, a salary from pay group E10 to E12 TV-L (approx. €51,400.00 - approx. €82,600.00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. company pension scheme) is possible for employees covered by collective agreements.
It is possible to take on civil servant applicants with the same status up to an office in salary group A 12 LBesO A.
