Join our dedicated project development team at the earliest possible date as Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Project Development Logistics Real Estate.
These tasks await you:
- Responsibility for projects in all HOAI service phases
- Research
- Acquisition of new properties in accordance with the predefined investment strategy
- Development and expansion of the real estate network
- Preparation and examination of the acquisition of land and existing properties, due diligence
- Preparation of market and location analyses/research
- Conceptual development of new construction projects
- Creation of building rights
- Determination of letting and marketing strategies
- Supporting the entire development process of a project
- Operational project realization in cooperation with technical construction management, assignment of tasks to external project partners
- Negotiating with owners, partners and local authorities
- Construction controlling, profitability calculations
- Project completion and transfer to asset management
For your daily work you need:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on real estate or real estate-specific training with additional qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project development
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good market knowledge and strong negotiating skills
- Results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a confident manner
- High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
- Very good MS Office skills
