We provide comprehensive management of properties throughout their entire lifecycle, from acquisition and leasing to modernization and potential sale.

Team Leader Asset Management (m/f/d)

Frankfurt am Main | Full-time | Immediate start

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary point of contact for questions regarding a Frankfurt real estate sub-portfolio
• Management and budget responsibility for a real estate sub-portfolio
• Responsibility for the proper operation of the buildings
• Coordination and management of building maintenance, tenant fit-outs, and external service providers
• Contributing to the development and implementation of asset strategies
• Management of new leases and implementation of innovative measures for tenant acquisition and retention
• Drafting and negotiating lease and service agreements
• Supporting acquisition and sale processes

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Ideally, a successfully completed degree in real estate or vocational training from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (e.g., real estate agent)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate sector
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and a corresponding network in Frankfurt
• Experience in commercial real estate asset management with a focus on office properties
• Leadership experience and skills
• Hands-on approach
• Fluency in German and English
