Property Manager (m/f/d) – Your opportunity at SAPIENTIS in Erkrath!

Your exciting responsibilities:

• Independently managing your own portfolio of homeowners’ associations—even larger complexes are part of our daily routine.
• Preparing and confidently conducting homeowners’ association meetings and advisory board meetings. You ensure that decisions are not only made but also consistently implemented.
• Comprehensive management of building systems, contracts, and service providers. You’ll be the central point of contact for communication with clients, building superintendents, contractors, and insurance companies.
• Planning and commissioning maintenance and repair work. In doing so, you’ll benefit from close collaboration with experienced architects and specialist engineers.
• Smart communication: Our modern Casavi customer portal helps you interact efficiently with owners and residents at all times—saving you time and stress!

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training program in the housing industry (e.g., as a real estate agent, real estate and housing industry specialist, or business administrator). Career changers with professional experience in condominium management and certification under Section 26a of the German Condominium Act (WEG) are also welcome!
• Practical experience as a WEG property manager in property management.
• Solid commercial and legal knowledge, particularly regarding current WEG law.
• Technical understanding and a strong sense of customer and service orientation.
• Independence and a sense of personal responsibility in your work.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of the Karthago property management software is a major plus, but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
