Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)
Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Heidelberg, and Hamburg / Immediate start / Full-time
Your responsibilities with us
- Management of residential and commercial properties
- Primary point of contact for owners, asset managers, tenants, and service providers
- Management of lease agreements (execution, termination, and handovers)
- Coordinating external service providers and maintenance companies
- Conducting regular, quality-focused property inspections and documenting them
- Monitoring and coordinating compliance with maintenance, inspection, and operator obligations
- Identifying opportunities for optimization (technical and economic)
- Preparation of regular reports
- Participation in budget planning as well as cost and schedule control during ongoing management
This is important to us
- Completed real estate-specific training or degree, preferably with additional qualifications
- Professional experience in the independent management of real estate
- Management of external service providers
- A strong focus on customer service and quality
- Proficiency with IT and the MS Office suite
- Openness to a new challenge in a growing company and enjoyment of working with motivated colleagues
- A confident demeanor, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic round out your profile
