Join our dedicated team in construction project management as a construction project manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

These tasks await you:

• Technical management of projects up to decision maturity as well as project management in all planning and construction phases up to handover to the user as the central contact person (m/f/d)
• Cost and schedule control with quality assurance
• Coordination of project content and objectives with internal and external stakeholders such as users, authorities and specialist planners
• Construction management for new projects and portfolio optimization with regard to costs, deadlines and quality with corresponding reporting
• Ensuring that legal requirements are met during the realization of construction projects (e.g. social security approvals or fire protection)

For your daily work you need:

• Completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), degree in civil engineering / architecture or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the area of responsibility as well as in the planning and execution of construction projects of varying complexity
• Experience in projects with diverse usage requirements and an understanding of building services and operational issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good market knowledge and strong negotiating skills
• Results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a confident manner
• Communication and dialog skills to be able to work successfully with different interest groups
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
