For our location in Frankfurt we are looking for a
Site Manager / Tender Writer (m/f/d)
The position can be filled both full-time and part-time to a suitable extent
You will be responsible for
- the independent and professional handling of all construction and management-related tasks,
- responsibility for compliance with construction costs, from the cost estimate to the construction cost estimate to the determination of construction costs,
-
the execution of construction work as the responsible site manager as well as the supervision of work phases 6-9 according to HOAI,
- ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and accident prevention regulations on the construction site,
- preparing and coordinating construction and equipment specifications, schedules and bills of quantities, coordinating all project participants and ensuring quality and deadlines.
You will fit in with us
- with a degree in architecture or civil engineering in building construction,
- if you have several years of professional experience in energy-efficient modernization - especially in full modernization and additions - and also have basic knowledge of life cycle assessment and circular construction,
- if you have in-depth construction knowledge of the HOAI service phases, with a focus on construction management and good knowledge of VOB and HOB,
- if self-management, service orientation with a high degree of flexibility, resilience and goal and solution orientation are a matter of course for you and you are comfortable with MS Office products,
- if organizational and innovative skills as well as teamwork, conflict, communication and feedback skills round off your profile.
