Have you already reached your first milestones in the lending business and are now looking to specialize in commercial real estate financing? As a (junior) consultant (f/m/d), we will support your development into an expert (f/m/d) for complex real estate investments in Munich.

Your area of responsibility

• Comprehensive advice: You will familiarize yourself with the comprehensive support of high-end real estate investors and property developers and become a reliable contact person for their projects.
• Strategy development: Together with your clients, you will develop tailor-made financing strategies and make binding credit decisions.
• Relationship management: You intensify existing customer relationships and actively build up new networks in the regional market.
• Interface work: In close cooperation with specialists from Private Banking and our network partners, you will provide comprehensive advice.
• Risk management: Through active monitoring and sound market knowledge, you will accompany your clients safely through all project phases.

What distinguishes you

• You have a Bachelor's degree or a degree in (savings bank) business administration (f/m/d).
• You already have several years of professional experience (corporate customer or real estate business) and are ready to take your expertise to the next level - the commercial real estate business.
• Initial knowledge of the commercial lending business as well as tax and corporate law round off your profile.
• You have strong sales skills, negotiating skills and a strong focus on the regional real estate market in Munich.
