Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• You will be responsible for renting out apartments, student residences, garages and parking spaces.
• You will maintain personal, telephone and online contact (tenant app) with our tenants.
• You will independently handle changes to the contractual relationship that are relevant to tenancy law, create tenancy agreements and contract terminations using SAP Blue Eagle, Datasec and MS Office.
• You will maintain the digital tenant files and manage the interface communication via Datasec.
• You carry out letting campaigns on site and market new buildings.
• You will monitor the house and garden rules in the tenancy agreement, including the settlement of disputes.
• You will issue warnings and notices of termination in the event of significant breaches of tenancy agreements.
• You will work with janitor services, cleaning companies and pest control companies, place orders and check invoices for factual and arithmetical accuracy and account for them.
• Together with the technical account manager, you will carry out property inspections and commission minor repair orders via our service providers.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d)
• Very good PC knowledge and confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge (Blue Eagle)
• Car driver's license
• Independent, coordinated, goal-oriented action and ability to work in a team
• Service-oriented behavior towards tenants
