In addition to looking after over two million insured persons and pension recipients, our core tasks also include the profitable and secure investment of the assets of our pension funds. Your tasks
- You will identify, coordinate, formulate and agree all commercial IT requirements for property management.
- You will advise the Real Estate Property Management department on the appropriate IT implementation of their requirements and create appropriate strategies to resolve existing risks and undesirable developments on the technical side.
- You create commercial test cases, coordinate and carry out tests.
- You write and update training documents and conduct training courses.
- You create and update (adapt to new IT systems) procedural and work instructions.
- You will support multipliers and employees (m/f/d) in the Real Estate Property Management department with IT projects.
- You will ensure the quality of the existing IT systems in Property Management and the property data from a real estate perspective.
- You will advise the Digital Solutions & Innovations department.
- You will manage sub-projects when implementing new digital solutions and design follow-up processes.
Your profile
- You have a degree in real estate management (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (Bachelor/Dipl.-FH) with a focus on real estate management or real estate economics and several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Alternatively, you have a commercial qualification and many years of relevant professional experience in property management.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM/RE-FX.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of requirements management, experience in project-oriented work and knowledge of process design and organization of workflows.
- You have knowledge of Wohnungshelden (prospect management).
- You have knowledge of d.3 document management.
- You are very resilient and enjoy working in a team.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking and acting skills as well as creativity.
- You present your point of view in a technically sound and convincing manner.
- You enjoy communicating with the specialist department and can adapt to customer needs.
- You have a convincing manner of expression and assertiveness.
- You are characterized by an independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility.
- You have a high degree of initiative, commitment and dedication.
