Our client is an internationally active investment and asset management company with a global real estate portfolio worth billions. In Germany and Europe, our client is active in the office, retail, logistics, and residential asset classes and pursues an integrated approach to managing and sustainably increasing the value of high-quality real estate.

Due to continued growth and to strengthen the team, we are seeking aMarketing & Brand Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate for our client’s Berlin office.

Role

• Development and implementation of effective B2B marketing campaigns for the successful marketing of office and commercial real estate
• Planning and managing marketing activities throughout the entire leasing process—from lead generation and prospect outreach to tenant onboarding and long-term tenant retention
• Creation and refinement of high-quality marketing materials—particularly property profiles, presentations, websites, landing pages, social media content, and other marketing materials
• Designing and implementing measures to engage and retain tenants
• Close collaboration with internal leasing teams as well as external agencies, service providers, and partners
• Independent management of projects—from briefing, timing, and budgeting to monitoring and quality assurance
• Conducting market, competitive, and target audience analyses to identify potential and trends
• Planning, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on high-impact real estate marketing initiatives

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• At least some relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the real estate, sales, or project-based marketing sectors
• Experience in the conception, management, and implementation of integrated marketing and campaign initiatives
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and proficiency in working with relevant KPIs and analyzing them to optimize initiatives
• Ideally, experience in commercial real estate, in the marketing of space, or in close collaboration with sales or leasing teams
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach to work with strong execution skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a passion for collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
