Your tasks

• Independent and holistic management of our property "THE FLAG Cologne-Nippes"
• First letting after reopening in fall 2026, in particular conducting viewings
• Strong communication skills and enjoy communicating with tenants or service providers
• Entry and maintenance of all rental contract data (master data maintenance) in the management software
• Support and first point of contact for existing tenants
• Negotiation and conclusion of rental agreements, addenda, etc.
• Handing over and taking back rental objects
• Preparing the heating cost statement and preparing the service charge statement, processing objections, optimizing operating costs
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and reports
• Monitoring external service providers and suppliers
• Auditing invoices, taking account of apportionability
• Coordinating and handling maintenance and repair measures in collaboration with our facility management team

Your profile:

You have completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), preferably as a real estate specialist (m/f/d) and have already gained professional experience? Are you characterized by your tenant-oriented and self-confident appearance, structured work and reliability? Do you have good communication skills, good knowledge of tenancy law and are you used to working independently? Do you have good IT skills in MS Office, preferably knowledge of the common management program ix-Haus? Apply to THE FLAG
