We are an owner-managed real estate consultancy with offices in Dresden and Berlin and employ around 50 people within our group of companies. For over 30 years, we have been supporting private and commercial clients throughout Germany in the successful marketing of investment properties - with a particular focus on apartment buildings, residential complexes, office complexes and commercial buildings.
Our service portfolio also includes the sale of properties and land to owner-occupiers, commercial letting, residential letting and property and asset management.
As an established company with an established network, we combine market knowledge, experience and personal advice at the highest level.

What you will do with us

• Acquiring and supporting clients from a wide range of sectors: private investors, family offices, real estate companies and funds as well as project developers
• successful and sustainable marketing of all asset classes such as apartment buildings, residential complexes and portfolios, commercial real estate and development projects in regional and national locations
• comprehensive support for our clients throughout the entire transaction process - from the viewing to the notary appointment
• Carrying out market and property analyses as well as real estate valuations
• constant market observation and maintenance of the client network

What you bring with you

• at least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry or comparable qualification
• very good knowledge of the local/national real estate market with a corresponding network
• Good communication skills
• high affinity for sales and confidence in closing deals
• Working style characterized by perseverance, customer orientation, structure and a high level of initiative
• Ability to work in a team and loyalty
• good written and spoken English skills
