Property Manager (f/m/d) - Commercial Real Estate

You take on the holistic management of a diverse commercial profile:

Your tasks

• Letting & administration: Offering commercial rental properties, conducting viewings, talking to interested parties, preparing proposals for decisions and negotiating and concluding rental contracts/usage agreements
• Technical & structural measures: Accompanying changes and coordinating with tenants
• Managing special types of business: e.g. transmission systems, advertising space, open spaces, photovoltaic systems, packing stations
• Tenant support: contact person (f/m/d) for all questions relating to the tenancy, including issues such as terminations, maintenance and public safety obligations
• Project work: Participation in the planning and design of commercial properties in new builds and refurbishments
• Managing profitability: Planning and controlling budgets and actively contributing to the optimization of portfolio profitability (e.g. rents, contract design, investments, fluctuation, rent arrears, operating costs)

Your profile

• Completed training as a real estate agent (f/m/d ) or as a commercial agent (f/m/d) in the real estate and housing industry or a degree in business administration or real estate economics / real estate management
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry
• Knowledge of the legal principles of tenancy, commercial tenancy and contract law and ideally VOB
• Customer-oriented with a clear view of commercial interests
• Proactive, strong communicator and confident - even in challenging situations
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
