Do you have a good feel for contractual details? With us, you will take responsibility for contract management in strategic purchasing for disposal services & analyses and ensure that all necessary contract amendments are implemented efficiently, legally compliant and sustainably.
What you do with us:
- Implementation: You take over the communication after the contract has been awarded at the start of a contract, e.g. during onboarding.
- Contract review and adjustment: You will review necessary contract adjustments, e.g. when expanding the scope of services or postponing the start of services, draw up supplementary agreements taking into account aspects of procurement and contract law and ensure that contracts are processed when they are terminated.
- Fee and tariff adjustments: You review fee adjustments based on price escalation clauses from a procurement and contract law perspective.
- Recording, checking and monitoring contracts: You check and enter contracts as well as addenda in SAP (S4 Procurement) and monitor their terms, utilization rate and performance obligations.
- Supporting the specialist buyers: You will support the specialist buyers* in annual procurement requirements planning, maintaining and adjusting the planning list, creating reports and evaluating planning changes.
We work in a mobile and flexible manner. Nevertheless, the post/workplace occasionally involves business trips, including throughout Germany. These business trips are always planned well in advance to ensure a good work-life balance.
What you bring with you:
- You have a university degree (Bachelor/Diploma [FH]) in business administration, public administration, law or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in purchasing in public administration and are confident in common procurement processes.
- You are confident in dealing with contract law and business management issues. Knowledge of public procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO, BHO) is helpful - alternatively, you can familiarize yourself with the topics quickly and with motivation.
- You use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) confidently and efficiently in your day-to-day work.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Procurement is an advantage. If you do not yet have this, we will of course support you in familiarizing yourself with the system.
- You work carefully, independently and are well organized. You are quick to grasp new areas of responsibility and maintain an overview even when requirements change. Your economic way of thinking helps you to find pragmatic and efficient solutions.
