The City of Starnberg is looking fora full-time, permanent position atthe earliest possibledate for a
Head of Property Management (f/m/d)
You will be the contact person (f/m/d) for our tenants in the management of commercial properties and will be responsible for letting and leasing as well as for preparing service charge statements. Your area of activity also includes the entire handling of cleaning services. At the same time, you will coordinate renovations and repairs with the building construction department. Among other things, you will ensure proper winter maintenance, meter reading and the handling of insurance claims. Energy management is also a focus of your role, as is supporting your colleague in the general properties department when they are on vacation.

What we want from you:
- Successfully completed training as an administrative assistant (f/m/d), office administrator (f/m/d) or real estate agent (f/m/d)
- Confident communication and use of the German language, both written and spoken
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Organizational and negotiating skills
- Good PC skills (especially in MS Office)
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to deal with conflict, reliability and willingness to learn
- High level of commitment and initiative (willingness to work hard), also in training and further education
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Customer and service-oriented appearance
