Your tasks
- Energy balancing: Preparation of public-law certificates and energy concepts in accordance with DIN V 18599 and development of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) for residential and non-residential buildings
- Technical stock assessment: carrying out technical due diligences (TDD) to analyze building fabric and plant technology and determine maintenance and investment costs (CAPEX)
- Decarbonization strategy: Development of net-zero pathways and CO₂ reduction strategies at portfolio level to ensure ESG compliance
- Holistic consulting: Identification of energy-saving potential and support for our clients in the strategic implementation of sustainability and climate protection concepts
- Preparation of results: Creation of decision-oriented presentations and recommendations for action as a basis for asset management and investment decisions
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, energy / building services engineering, architecture, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the technical assessment of existing properties (e.g. TDD, condition assessment) and sound understanding, e.g. as an energy consultant or systems engineer
- Qualification as an energy efficiency expert (dena) and confident application of DIN V 18599 desirable
- Structured and analytical approach, especially in the collection, validation and evaluation of complex building data
- Strong team spirit, confident manner in dealing with customers and the ability to communicate technical results in an understandable way
