Do you want to shape things instead of just managing them? As a team leader in portfolio management, you will actively drive the development of our commercial properties in Dresden and Zwickau. You will lead a team of ten and be responsible for the economic success of the portfolio with a long-term perspective, including letting and marketing.

Operational & strategic portfolio management

• Optimization, quality assurance and further development of our property management at the location
• Creation and implementation of property strategies
• Coordination with the Construction department and external partners
• Professional exchange with the team leaders at our other locations

Leadership & team management

• Leading the team during a phase of further development and realignment
• Coordinating the working environment of all employees at the location, including organizational processes and communication

Economic and commercial responsibility

• Letting, marketing and development of the existing space
• Contract negotiations with tenants, authorities and service providers
• Deriving property and location strategies from market and location analyses
• Budget responsibility including controlling and reporting to the management

🤝 Your expertise and what sets you apart:

• relevant professional experience in the field of property management commercial real estate
• degree in real estate management, real estate, industrial engineering, business administration, facility management or a comparable qualification with a focus on real estate
• relevant knowledge of commercial tenancy law, building management, profitability analyses and investment calculations
• "Hands-on" combined with leadership: initial management experience, confident demeanor and clear decision-making skills
• Enjoy active cooperation with authorities and service providers - your network is part of your strength.
• entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and an understanding of leadership that promotes trust and commitment
• confident handling of MS Office, German level C2, driving license class B
