n the area of portfolio management, we are filling the following vacancy for our Hellersdorf service office at the earliest possible date and for an indefinite period:
Team Leader Property Management Real Estate (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- Management and development of the team in accordance with our management guidelines
- Participation in resource and personnel planning and derivation of operational measures
- Further development of the property portfolio and support with maintenance and modernization projects
- Ensuring efficient, customer-oriented processes including quality management and complaints management
- Supporting the service office management with representative tasks and maintaining central interfaces
- Preparation of reports and evaluations as well as collaboration in projects and ensuring public safety obligations
Your profile:
- Completed (technical) university degree in business administration or training as a real estate agent with additional qualification (e.g. real estate specialist) or a comparable qualification with professional experience
- Sound knowledge of the real estate and housing industry as well as the relevant legal principles (tenancy, housing and contract law, BGB, VOB)
- Initial management experience and ERP/CRM knowledge are desirable
- Strong leadership skills, high customer and team orientation as well as an engaging and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, responsible way of working
