Your tasks:
- Contact person for questions relating to ancillary costs
- Checking incoming invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Timely preparation of operating and heating cost statements together with the associated plausibility check
- Independent processing of objections and assistance with legal disputes
- Systemic maintenance of billing-relevant master data
- Participation in the optimization or quality assurance of existing processes
What you need:
- Completed commercial training in the real estate industry or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of commercial processes and experience in the area of service charge billing (operating cost billing, heating cost billing) and accounting
- Good knowledge of tenancy and real estate law, preferably also WEG law
- ERP knowledge in real estate management, e.g. Aareon Wodis Yuneo is desirable
- A structured, independent and careful way of working
- Confident and solution-oriented in communication
