Join our team in the central Real Estate Management / Infrastructure department in Oberursel near Frankfurt am Main and support us in ensuring the economic management and sustainable returns of our commercial properties.

Your tasks:

• Commercial management of our real estate portfolio - you will be responsible in particular for commercial properties (shops/offices) in prime retail locations in Germany
• Independent negotiation and conclusion of rental agreements including data entry in RELion
• Developing and implementing measures to sustainably improve the property yield in coordination with technical colleagues
• Selecting, commissioning and managing external property managers, service providers and brokers
• Active contact management with expansion managers, service providers and authorities as well as within interest groups (BIDs; innovation district)
• Collaboration in real estate purchases and sales

Your skills:

• Training as a real estate agent or studies with a focus on real estate management
• At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial property management, in particular in the all-round management of commercial and retail properties
• Experience in managing and monitoring external service providers (property managers, estate agents, etc.)
• Confident handling of MS Office and real estate management software, preferably RELion
• Convincing appearance, communication skills and willingness to travel regularly
• Ability to analyze complex issues and make decisions
• And last but not least: strong service orientation and team spirit
