TIMBERFARM Real Estate GmbH is an owner-managed medium-sized company based in Düsseldorf, which holds its own real estate portfolio both in the residential sector and in the form of commercial properties throughout NRW and is constantly expanding its portfolio.
For the management of our properties and their further development, we are looking for an experienced employee to join our property management team on a full-time, permanent basis as soon as possible.
You can expect a wide range of exciting challenges in a dynamic environment. You will take on complex tasks just as routinely as traditional activities, optimize existing structures and build new ones.
Profile
- Completed training as a real estate agent or comparable or higher qualification, with a focus on management activities
- Knowledge of tenancy and real estate law
- Understanding of technical contexts
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
Your area of responsibility
With the management and support of our portfolio properties, you will take on a wide range of tasks.
- Commercial and technical management of the properties
- Finding and concluding new tenancies
- Commissioning repairs and maintenance measures
- Regular property inspections, acceptances and handovers
- Conclusion of service contracts
- Correspondence with lawyers, authorities, insurance companies and external service providers
- Coordination of our janitors
