YOUR TASKS

• Independent implementation of consulting projects regarding strategy, organization and processes within the real estate life cycle
• Developing business, service, operating and operator concepts
• Developing customized structures for controlling, budgeting, reporting and benchmarking
• Creating profitability analyses and make-or-buy analyses
• Initiating and establishing new ideas, processes and innovative business models in the real estate sector
• Independently building up networks, maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users and providing acquisition support

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany depending on the project
• High level of consulting skills, strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Analytical thinking, high quality standards and independent working style
