Your tasks:

• Conception, coordination and implementation of projects for energy efficiency, CO2 reduction and conversion to renewable or sustainable forms of energy
• Planning and managing a wide range of construction, modernization and maintenance projects for the commercial and residential buildings we manage
• Information procurement and knowledge transfer in regulatory aspects of sustainability
• Technical inspection and assessment of properties, e.g. for property purchases and sales
• Preparation of cost estimates for projects, annual budgets and long-term planning, including cost controlling
• Conducting contract and award negotiations and responsible monitoring of construction processes (deadlines, costs, quality) - also personally on site
• Supervision of and coordination with external administrators in all technical matters
• Managing and monitoring building applications and implementing legal requirements
• Participation in land register, cadastral, easement, neighbor and legal matters as well as coordination with tenants

Your skills:

• Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent technical training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with an ESG focus
• Practical experience in construction project management
• Experienced handling of MS Office and industry-standard software
• A sure instinct and diplomatic skills in maintaining contacts with representatives of the authorities, external engineering offices, administrators and tradespeople
• Ability to reconcile sustainability issues with entrepreneurial principles and implement them successfully
• Analytical expertise, decisiveness and an independent, structured way of working
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Confident manner, assertiveness and a good dose of team spirit
