Your new job
- Checking and managing the commercial rental agreements of the growing store portfolio in Germany and abroad
- Checking the monthly rental payments
- Preparation of the annual sales statements
- Communication with both landlords (m/f/d) and administrators (m/f/d)
What convinces us
- Completed commercial training in the real estate industry, e.g. as a real estate agent (m/f/d), or sound professional experience in this field
- Affinity for numbers and good written and spoken German skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team and responsible way of working
