Junior Real Estate Consultant (m/f/d) in Cologne

Your role

• You will be responsible for our letting mandates, from the initial inquiry to viewings and signing the tenancy agreement.
• You accompany owners and prospective tenants in person, by video or on the phone, with specialist knowledge that you build up alongside experienced colleagues.
• Together, you will develop the right marketing strategy for each property and attract qualified prospective tenants from our network and via digital channels.
• You will keep an eye on developments in the rental market and support the classification of rental prices.
• You maintain customer and property data in our CRM neatly and completely so that the entire team is connected at all times.

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the real estate or finance sector.
• First points of contact with the real estate industry are helpful, as is a lateral entry with clear motivation.
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and digital tools, knowledge of English is welcome.
• Willingness to develop personally and professionally.
• An eloquent and self-confident personality with organizational talent and initiative.
