Project Management New Construction &
Modernization (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Project management of new construction projects from planning to completion (client representation)
• Independent planning and implementation of energy-efficient refurbishment measures in existing housing stock
• Independent management and implementation of tendering and award procedures (HOAI services, construction services according to VOB)
• Coordination and management of external project participants through all service phases
• Communication with authorities and involvement in funding applications and profitability calculations
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and quality assurance
• Involvement in special projects

What we expect from you:

• a degree as a construction technician (d/m/w), a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification
• ideally professional experience in the housing or construction industry
• Experience in client representation and project management
• a high level of teamwork with strong social and communication skills
• a results-oriented working style paired with conceptual thinking and great commitment
• a pronounced service and customer orientation
