Your tasks
Your mission: Project management with vision
In this role, you act as a confident tenant representative and lead the project management for B&B HOTELS as a tenant.
- End-to-end management: As a tenant representative, you are responsible for our new hotel construction projects, focusing on all service phases.
- Interface conductor: You coordinate our interior designers. You work together with architects, specialist engineers, general contractors and authorities. You are the central authority between landlords, investors and our internal departments such as Operations, Legal and IT, Purchasing.
- FF&E management: as we install our own furniture and equipment (FF&E), you will independently manage tenders and contract award negotiations in close cooperation with Central Purchasing.
- Technical compliance: you check plans for technical suitability, monitor compliance with our functional service description (FLB) and ensure that quality, deadlines and costs are exactly on target.
- Financial sovereignty: You create precise budget reports, are responsible for cash management and provide support for investment inquiries with well-founded risk assessments and cost calculations.
- Future-oriented: You actively drive the further development of the B&B product - with a focus on design updates, modern building technology as well as ESG and CSR standards.
What you bring with you
Your foundation: Technology meets passion
- Qualifications: You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or real estate management. Alternatively, you are a construction technician with relevant further training.
- Experience: You have initial or several years of experience in project management or project development and are familiar with the processes involved in the construction of building projects.
- Know-how: Construction law and modern construction management are your daily tools. Ideally, you have knowledge of certifications (DGNB/LEED) and EU taxonomy / GEG.
- Skills: You work confidently with common IT tools and communicate fluently in German and English.
- Mindset: You are an assertive team player with a strong service mentality who combines conceptual thinking with a high goal and result orientation.
- Mobility: A class B driver's license and the willingness to travel within Germany and Austria (C&NE) are a matter of course for you.
