SALESPERSON (M/F/D) FOR NEW-BUILD PROPERTIES
YOUR TASKS
- You will inspire prospective buyers for our stylish and innovative new-build projects. Your aim is to provide your customers - both owner-occupiers and investors - with comprehensive support throughout the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to the handover of the newly acquired property.
- For investors, you will also draw up a yield concept that takes into account suitable new-build properties from Strenger and the client's existing equity.
- To enable our clients to buy their property, you will cooperate with our external financing partners and also support investors by working closely with our internal letting and administration service.
- Together with our brokerage department, you will form a strong team and help your new-build clients to market their existing property.
- You will be actively involved in marketing and project development activities with a "customer perspective".
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You are an experienced sales professional with in-depth knowledge of real estate, investment and financing and take great pleasure in fulfilling our customers' housing or investment wishes.
- Your personality is characterized by a high degree of commitment, you always act in a solution-oriented manner and the customer's well-being is always your top priority.
- You represent Strenger's brand values to the outside world and have a winning manner.
- You are enthusiastic about innovative and sustainable topics such as greening and mobility concepts, smart home systems and designer bathrooms.
