We are seeking a dedicated

Transaction Analyst (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Support in the design and implementation of acquisition strategies for real estate investments—in close collaboration with line management and executive management—in line with the objectives of our funds and our corporate strategy
  • Building and actively maintaining a network of internal and external stakeholders such as investors, banks, brokers, and developers
  • Conducting comprehensive market and location analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on the residential asset class
  • Analyzing and evaluating opportunities and risks in real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as developing strategies to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Supporting the management, coordination, and monitoring of the entire transaction process—from due diligence, through the creation of data rooms and participation in contract negotiations, to successful closing
  • Contributing to the preparation of comprehensive financial analyses to assess the profitability of investments
    Independent development and refinement of financial models (KPI analyses, cash flow and scenario modeling, etc.)
  • Preparation of presentations, acquisition proposals, and reports for Transaction Management, Fund/Portfolio Management, and Executive Management
  • Participation in cross-functional projects and the preparation of ad hoc analyses
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day operations with administrative and organizational tasks

Qualifications

  • A college degree with above-average grades, or one that is nearing completion, with a focus on economics and/or real estate economics
  • Initial professional experience (1–2 years) or successfully completed internships in the field of real estate transactions, ideally with a real estate investor, an auditing firm, or an investment bank
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating investment projects and conducting in-depth market analyses
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Initial contacts within the real estate industry, for example with investors, banks, brokers, and developers, are desirable
  • High degree of initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work round out your profile
