Your Areas of Responsibility

• Real Estate Marketing: In your sales territory, you are responsible for the entire real estate marketing process—from property acquisition through marketing and sales consulting to the successful closing of the contract at the notary’s office
• Acquisition & Networking: Through targeted marketing strategies and active client acquisition, you will expand your sales territory, secure new properties, and broaden your regional network within the real estate industry
• Real Estate Valuation: You analyze the current market value and determine a market-driven selling price for your properties
• Owner Support: You will advise and guide owners with trust throughout the entire sales process—from sales strategy and marketing to a successful closing
• Negotiation: You professionally facilitate sales negotiations, mediate communication between sellers and buyers, and ensure a successful contract closing
• Buyer management: You provide comprehensive support to prospective buyers—from the initial property listing through the viewing to the handover of keys
• After-Sales Management: Through active customer support, sustainable relationship management, and targeted after-sales measures, you unlock additional sales potential

Your Profile

• Passion for sales: You are enthusiastic about building and maintaining customer relationships. With your persuasiveness and relationship management skills, you attract new customers and build long-term partnerships
• Experience is welcome but not required: Prior experience in the real estate industry is helpful but not mandatory. We value real estate enthusiasts from other fields who are eager to enter the real estate world with dedication and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
