Your tasks

• Supporting the fund managers in the application of new processes, methods and digital tools as well as in standardization and quality assurance
• Participation in digitalization initiatives as well as in the introduction and use of new digital workflows and systems
• Creation and further development of process documentation and implementation of agreed process improvements
• Quality assurance and monitoring of data, documents and key fund figures
• Participation in cross-divisional projects as a representative of fund management
• Assisting with internal reporting and regular reporting formats such as the preparation of quarterly reports or liquidity and budget planning
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and management presentations (e.g. for the Management Board / Supervisory Board)
• Planning, coordination and organization of meetings such as investment committee meetings or shareholder meetings, including preparation and follow-up work
• Interface to internal departments and external service providers
• Invoice control and budget monitoring for the division
• Implementation and coordination of ESG requirements in fund management
• Supporting divisional management with overarching management and organizational tasks

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in economics or a comparable education with a real estate focus
• Relevant professional experience in real estate or fund management as well as in project-related or organizational roles
• Experience in participating in strategic or digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high competence in project management, change management and problem solving
• Structured, independent way of working and high level of personal responsibility
• Very good communication and moderation skills as well as a confident manner in interdisciplinary coordination
• Business fluent in German and English
• High stress resistance, flexibility and commitment
