Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the independent planning, tendering, awarding and conclusion of framework agreements for minor repair and tenant replacement work and other procurement units.
• You will check compliance with procurement regulations (Group rules, VOB) and services provided.
• You will instruct and advise employees and tradespeople/business partners.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the AVA programs, including electronic awarding.
• You maintain the business partner data and contacts in SAP.
• You will further develop the electronic craftsman link and award forms.
• You will be involved in the digitalization of processes and structures.
• You will review and adapt processes and specifications.

Your requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or real estate agent (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a similar function
• High IT affinity for digital processes
• Knowledge of SAP, AVA programs (such as ARRIBA and RIB iTWO) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Knowledge of public procurement law
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
