ACCOUNTANT PROPERTY MAGAGEMENT (M/F/D)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training with a focus on the real estate industry, e.g. as a real estate agent (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in the preparation and auditing of operating and heating cost accounts
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience in using real estate management software, ideally RELion
• Good understanding of real estate management and accounting contexts
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a strong focus on results
• Strong analytical skills and a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and a strong sense of initiative

YOUR TASKS

• Timely preparation and checking of operating and heating cost statements in our ERP system
• Analysis, control and continuous optimization of operating and ancillary costs
• Processing tenant queries and objections to bills
• Participation in energy cost management
• Carrying out property accounting (debit and credit) for a defined sub-portfolio
• Invoice processing including account assignment, posting and payment processing
• Preparation of evaluations and participation in reporting and reporting system
• Written and telephone correspondence with tenants and creditors (e.g. energy suppliers, service providers)
• Maintaining and managing master and property data in our RELion real estate software
• Supporting property management with general processing and administrative tasks
