We are looking for a committed and experienced appraiser (all genders) for a project-related temporary position at our Recklinghausen site.

These are your tasks:

• Primary:
  • Full plausibility check of external valuations, value verifications, value indications and appraisals on the basis of the BelWertV and credit-related requirements within the framework of regulatory responsibility for quality assurance
    • critical review of the content of the relevant points and documentation of the results
    • Further processing in the event of deviations from the relevant requirements in coordination with internal and external bodies
    • Processing queries regarding valuations, value reviews, value indications and expert opinions and their plausibility checks from the front and back office
    • Identification of optimization potential within the scope of activities
• Secondary:
  • Preparation of valuations in the small loan sector as well as valuations for properties of different uses (occasionally value reviews or value indications) in accordance with BelWertV and ImmoWertV
• Possibly:
  • Backtesting of pre-taxes, inspection of building statuses

Requirements:

• sound experience as an appraiser or valuer
• a valid HypZert certification (essential)
• confident handling of LORA
• ideally experience from working in or for credit institutions
• advantageous: knowledge of the credit-related savings bank IT environment, knowledge of the Ruhr regional market
