In addition to looking after over two million insured persons and pension recipients, our core tasks also include the profitable and secure investment of the assets of our pension funds. Your tasks
- Managing and coordinating the external project developer, technical controlling and other directly associated service companies
- Monitoring the implementation of the project in accordance with the budgeted costs and qualities, in coordination with external quality controlling
- Reporting to the higher-level project steering board and a large number of other internal stakeholders, drafting decision papers
- Organizing and documenting meetings and property inspections, legal acceptance and monitoring the rectification of defects
Your profile
- successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or supply engineering (Master/Dipl.-Univ.), ideally with an additional qualification in real estate/construction/project management/cost controlling
or economics and several years of professional experience in a comparable position - alternatively, a degree in architecture, civil engineering or supply engineering (Bachelor/Dipl.-FH), ideally with an additional qualification in real estate/construction/project management, cost controlling or economics and many years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in representing clients in large real estate projects or in cost management of large real estate portfolios
- high goal orientation and networked approach
- constructive communication skills and a high ability to deal with criticism and conflict
- Ability to work in matrix structures with many stakeholders
- very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and preferably SAP RE Classic or SAP FX
- good knowledge of VOB, HOAI and AHO, construction and work contract law
