We manage our extensive portfolio of project developments, existing properties and 22 shopping centers throughout Germany from five branch offices. The group of companies, which also includes the retail experts at BBE Handelsberatung GmbH, employs 150 retail experts.

Your tasks:

• Lease negotiations / participation in the drafting of leases
• Development of utilization and letting concepts for retail properties
• Advising real estate owners on existing tenancies
• Support for project developments of (un)developed properties or existing properties (revitalization)
• Location, market and competition analyses in the retail sector together with BBE Handelsberatung GmbH
• Various consulting projects in close cooperation with BBE Handelsberatung GmbH

Your profile:

• Self-confident, creative and communicative personality with above-average commitment, assertiveness and team spirit
• Real estate-specific training and/or further education
• Many years of experience in the retail real estate sector or in the expansion of retail companies
• Good and resilient network with retailers
• Sound knowledge of lease law and lease negotiations
• Good written and spoken English skills
