Sales Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey industrial and commercial real estate
Tasks
- Winning and inspiring customers: you identify and acquire regional builders and investors - from the initial approach to the conclusion of the contract. You will stand for innovative and energy-efficient building construction solutions
- Developing market strategies: You carry out market, customer and competitor analyses, derive sales strategies and implement them successfully. Your active networking and acquisition will make you a valued partner in your region
- Design projects: You develop technical concepts, create economical, turnkey offers and present them convincingly to your customers
- Leadership with passion: You lead interdisciplinary quotation teams and manage them in the conception, calculation and negotiation phases
- Negotiate & close deals: You conduct technical, commercial and legal negotiations with customers and are responsible for concluding contracts in close coordination with branch management
- Promoting long-term partnerships: With your after-sales service and sales support, you ensure the satisfaction of your customers - even after project completion
Profile
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering (construction) or similar
- Sound experience in sales or project management in the construction industry, ideally in building construction or in the planning and realization of commercial real estate
- Enjoy sales and have a passion for developing technical concepts and economic solutions
- You have initiative, negotiating skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Customer orientation is not just a requirement for you, but a matter close to your heart
