Management
Main responsibilities. In this role, you will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Rheinwohnungsbau and manage economic development as well as investment, modernization and new construction projects. In doing so, you will always keep an eye on overarching social, ecological and economic goals. You will also drive forward the ESG and climate strategy and promote the continuous digitalization and innovative development of the organization. As the central point of contact, you will also represent the company in a confident and approachable manner vis-à-vis shareholders, politicians, local authorities and tenants.
Qualifications. Based on your university degree in business administration, real estate management, construction or a comparable field, you have many years of management experience in the real estate industry or a related field. You combine sound knowledge of corporate management, financing and controlling with experience in transformation, modernization or development projects, ideally in the field of affordable housing. On a personal level, you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision and strong decision-making skills. You act with integrity, are value-oriented and a strong communicator, know how to get employees on board and shape change with sensitivity. Your strong identification with the social and Christian mission of Rheinwohnungsbau rounds off your profile.
