For our team in Division Z4 in Leipzig, we are looking for a permanent position at the earliest possible date for a
Employee (m/f/d) for the area of real estate management and construction
Pay grade 8; reference number: Z4/11/2026
Your tasks are:
- Supporting and ensuring the operational capability of the building stock in the area of technical systems in the form of monitoring - and if necessary adjusting - the BMS as well as troubleshooting and fault rectification (first-level support)
- Coordination of maintenance and repair measures, including inspections and acceptances in accordance with DGUV and VDE specifications
- Organizational support for construction measures in the field office and contact person for contractors
- Collaboration in internal services, including the creation of service specifications, the development of a locking plan and deputizing for the janitor
You have:
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems or plant mechanic or comparable - at least three years - vocational training in electrical engineering with a final grade of at least 3 (satisfactory)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable regulations and standards
- Experience in the field of building control technology
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office products

- Good oral and written communication skills in German (at least B2 level)
- Good organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Independent way of working
