Employee (m/f/d) for the area of real estate management and construction

Pay grade 8; reference number: Z4/11/2026

Your tasks are:

You have:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems or plant mechanic or comparable - at least three years - vocational training in electrical engineering with a final grade of at least 3 (satisfactory)
• Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable regulations and standards
• Experience in the field of building control technology
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office products

What else is important to us:

• Good oral and written communication skills in German (at least B2 level)
• Good organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Independent way of working

• A classification up to pay group (EG) 8 TVöD (federal government) if you have the appropriate qualifications, recognition of relevant professional experience in the step allocation
