Your tasks
- Management and implementation of complex real estate projects in the healthcare sector in accordance with the AHO service profile
- Technical management of project / sub-project teams for various major projects
- Consulting and development of concepts and solutions for project realization
- Operational project and quality responsibility
- Management of the project / sub-project team consisting of planners and client representatives
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in engineering (civil engineering, architecture or comparable)
- 3 years of professional experience (e.g. as an engineer, industrial engineer, architect, project engineer or utility engineer) preferably in project management and control in the healthcare / hospital construction sector
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project)
- Confident in dealing with building law, HOAI and AHO
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong communication skills and team spirit, ability to work under pressure and flexibility as well as assertiveness
