We arenow looking for you as a Senior Asset Manager (full-time, 40 hours / week) at our location in Berlin. In this responsible position, you will independently control the asset management of our existing portfolio in Berlin and develop sustainable strategies to increase the value of our properties.

- Holistic responsibility for the asset management of our portfolio properties across the entire value creation process - with room to contribute your own ideas and actively shape the development of the assets.
- You know your properties in depth and maintain an overview at all times. At the same time, you engage openly and confidently with the management, our investors and other stakeholders and convincingly contribute your perspective. This level of detail makes regular reporting easy for you.
- As the central point of contact for tenants, prospective tenants and external service providers, you provide holistic support for the letting process - from themarketing of vacant space to constructive contract negotiations and successful completion.
- You see yourself as an important interface between property management, fund management and project development and ensure a smooth, solution-oriented exchange between the departments.
- You develop the assets strategically and conceptually and work continuously to sustainably strengthen the quality, yield and sustainability (ESG) of our properties.
- With a holistic view, you will develop and evaluate options for action, for example for optimizing use or conversion concepts, and will take a well-founded approach to issues relating to building law and planning law.
What convinces us
- You have a suitable professional background - e.g. in business administration or real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
- With at least 5 years of professional experience in asset management, you have a good sense of potential and enjoy developing assets strategically and conceptually.
- You are confident in creating profitability analyses, cash flows and presentations using MSOffice.
- Process management is your thing: you like to juggle several tasks at the same time and prioritize them in a goal-oriented manner.
- You enjoy working with others - both internally and externally. You communicate clearly, authoritatively and at eye level.
- You are confident in conversations in German and English.
