What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture/urban planning, ideally with additional training in real estate management
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working, as well as distinctive integral and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Cost and deadline awareness
• Enjoyment and awareness of high-quality architecture, design and aesthetics
• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
• confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and MS Project
• good written and spoken English skills

Your tasks in our team:

• Performing the client function vis-à-vis authorities, planners, contractors and other partners and service providers
• Planning and implementation of processes for obtaining building rights
• Conception and implementation of competition procedures
• Organization and management of planning and construction processes
• Coordination of international planning teams
