YOUR TASKS
- Independent implementation of consulting projects with regard to strategy, organization and processes within the real estate life cycle
- Disciplinary management, development and establishment of the Real Estate & Facility Management Consulting competence team in Berlin
- Independently building up networks, maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users as well as providing acquisition support
- Conception and implementation of sourcing projects for individual properties and portfolios
- Development of operating and operator concepts
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least four years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany depending on the project
- Strong consulting skills, strong communication skills and high customer orientation
- Analytical thinking, high quality standards and independent working style
