YOUR TASKS

• Independent implementation of consulting projects with regard to strategy, organization and processes within the real estate life cycle
• Disciplinary management, development and establishment of the Real Estate & Facility Management Consulting competence team in Berlin
• Independently building up networks, maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users as well as providing acquisition support
• Conception and implementation of sourcing projects for individual properties and portfolios
• Development of operating and operator concepts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• At least four years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany depending on the project
• Strong consulting skills, strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Analytical thinking, high quality standards and independent working style
