IMPORTANT TASKS

• Acquisition and individual customer-specific advice and support for new customers in the strategically defined target markets
• Target and results-oriented analysis of the relevant market and customer potential as well as securing and expanding customer relationships with the assigned customers
• Analysis, structuring and negotiation of complex commercial and residential real estate financing in Germany
• Efficient and process-oriented collaboration throughout the entire transaction process, including close interaction in the deal team with the back office units
• Competent contact person for clients and business partners

BEST PREREQUISITES

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in supporting and acquiring commercial real estate clients with a focus on project developers, builders and investors
• Strong ability to analyze, structure and negotiate complex economic and legal issues
• Sound or expandable market knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate lending business
• Confident and professional demeanor towards customers and independent working style
• Experience in a regulated or bank-specific environment is desirable
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
• Entrepreneurial, cross-divisional and team-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high sense of responsibility
• good written and spoken English is a plus
