Transaction Manager (M/F/D)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in real estate economics or business administration, economics,
  Industrial engineering, law, geography, spatial planning or other related to real estate
• At least 3 years of professional experience in investment / transaction management,
  Valuation or Investment Consulting
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and service orientation
• Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to undergo further training, especially digitally
• Willingness to travel and good market networking
• Increased awareness of sustainability

YOUR TASKS

• Transaction management of office and retail real estate in Germany.
• Independent management of purchase and sales processes with direct reporting to the
  Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management.
• Project management and coordination of the parties involved in the due diligence process. Identification
  of property-specific opportunities and risks, taking into account the investment strategy
• Market, location and competition analyses
• Data collection and preparation
• Development and maintenance of digital data rooms, support for Q&A processes
• Preparation of purchase and sales calculations and profitability calculations
• Preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements in collaboration with internal and external lawyers
• Expanding and maintaining the company network by approaching estate agents
  Project developers and owners
• Reporting and presenting transaction results, market developments and trends
